Refund policy

IntroFlows maintains a no-refund policy as standard practice.

However, in the event that a client relationship is terminated and one or more prepaid introductions remain undelivered, IntroFlows may, at its sole discretion, consider issuing a refund or credit for the undelivered introductions only.

Any refund consideration applies only to prepaid, undelivered introductions. Onboarding, setup, strategy, and delivered introductions are never refundable. Refunds, if granted, are not automatic, guaranteed, or precedent-setting.
